These pressure plates undergo a meticulous four-stage heat-treating process to ensure unparalleled performance and boast precision cover stampings for enhanced rigidity and consistency. Combined with ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc, which features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure even under harsh conditions, this kit delivers aggressive engagement and faster shifting. Recommended for high horsepower street or race use, the 6-pad, spring-centered disc is ideal for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
